Bake the Aires

Here we have our longest term visitor from Colombia. A baker wih passion; Andres ‘I am Andres, 26 years old from Colombia. I came to Buenos Aires about a year ago in the search of my true passion baking, which i realise after a couple of years studying architecture and a couple more traveling around the American lands, it all came down to my childhood memories and passions.

This amazing couple was with us for 10 days, at the end of their South America trip. They visited Mar del Plata and Santiago before Buenos Aires. They have been in South America countless times in their life. They share their joy of living with us and inspried all staff and guests. Hugo and Milvia both around their 80’s and coming from North Italy. They spent most of their time in Switzerland working and enjoying their life. They both amazing table tennis players, and regular visitors of Italian table tennis clubs. Hugo is angry about USA politics and supporter of all left wing goverments in South America and he loves to talk about such topics. Milvia is a true geek, leaning about his computer more and more everyday and spending plenty of time to discover new music from all over the world. Hugo calls Milvia “my love” and she calls him “my man”. They are awasome dancers, you can see all their happy life story when they are dancing together. They are way more active then all our young guests.

Hugo is a good singer and guitar player and Milvia is his eternal audience. They were with us last year and Hugo was talking about his little concert in common area so we arrange his concert of this year for him and us as well. They will be spending their European summer in Tunusia, Milvia will be cooking her amazing dishes for Hugo and they will be enjoying north African beaches while we will be hoping to see them again.
